Shipping

We ship from Maryland.

All OMG Watch Co orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Maryland, USA. Every order ships in a branded gift box, fully insured, with tracking provided at time of dispatch.

Domestic US

5–7 Days

Standard shipping. Expedited options available at checkout.

International

10–14 Days

Varies by destination and customs processing time.

Every order ships in a branded OMG Watch Co gift box.

International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. OMG Watch Co has no control over customs delays.

All high-value shipments are sent via insured, tracked carrier. A signature may be required upon delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Returns

30-day return window.

We want you to love your watch. If for any reason you need to return it, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the watch meets our return conditions below.

✓ Accepted for Return

Unworn or gently worn condition. No visible damage or scratches. Strap intact and undamaged. All original accessories present. Original OMG Watch Co gift box included. No missing pieces or components.

✗ Not Accepted for Return

Broken or damaged strap. Cracked or scratched crystal. Signs of abuse or misuse. Missing accessories or components. Missing original gift box. Outside 30-day return window. Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Items that do not meet the return conditions above will be returned to the sender at their expense and no refund will be issued.

How to initiate a return

Email sara@omgwatchco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 24–48 hours Monday through Thursday.

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and the return address. Do not send the watch back without approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Pack the watch securely in its original gift box. We recommend insuring your shipment — OMG Watch Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Warranty & Repairs

Need a repair?

Every OMG Watch Co timepiece is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering material and manufacturing defects. For warranty service or out-of-warranty repairs, all work is handled through the Vaucanson Service Center in Columbia, Maryland.
